From idea to finished design, we make the process simple, collaborative and completely tailored to you.

We start by getting to know you, your business and your vision, before developing creative ideas that bring it to life. From the first concepts through to the final details, we work closely with you, refining and shaping the design until it feels right for your brand and your goals.

How many amends are included?

Two rounds of amends are included for free in every design project, no matter the size. We want your final design to feel right for you, your brand and your vision – so we’re always driven to work collaboratively and get it there.

How do we communicate?

We like to keep communication simple, easy and personal. Depending on what works best for you, we’ll stay connected through:

WhatsApp – for quick questions, updates and day-to-day communication.
Google Meet – for catch-ups, creative discussions and strategy calls.
Email – for sharing briefs, documents, designs and important project details.

Can I book you for a one-off project?

Absolutely. Whether you need a new piece of design, a social media campaign, marketing support or help with a specific project, we can work on a one-off basis.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need?

That’s completely fine. You don’t need to have all the answers before getting in touch. We can talk through where you are, what’s not working and where you’d like to go, then figure out the best approach together.

Recently I put a post on our local page asking for help with some computer issues. I’ll admit I’m a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to technology, but I needed support with a work project – specifically designing some posters. I had plenty of ideas but no clue how to bring them to life on a computer.

Megan kindly responded to my request and came over to discuss what I needed. I was immediately impressed by her knowledge, skills, and professional approach. She really listened and understood what I was trying to achieve, which was so important to me. Even though I’m a midwife and she hasn’t had training in that field, she grasped the context and took it all on board with ease.

Megan produced exactly what I asked for – some beautiful posters and another resource I was especially keen to develop, which turned out even better than I imagined. I was able to use her work straight away in my parent education sessions, and it looked absolutely fantastic.
